The Foundation for Study of Infant Deaths [FSID] will be kicking off the summer in style with its very own glamorous performance of Mozart’s popular comic opera, Così fan Tutte.

The UK’s leading cot death charity is inviting its supporters to enjoy Opera UK’s production in the gorgeous surroundings of West Woodhay House, Berkshire.

Tickets for the event on Saturday 27 June are £65 and include a fabulous firework show finale.

FSID’s Head of Fundraising, Holly Butcher, said: “This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a beautiful opera in a beautiful setting whilst supporting a fantastic cause.

“The opera will be performed in a marquee in the grounds and people are invited to bring along a picnic supper to enjoy in the gardens during the extended interval.”

The black tie event, sponsored by CCT, will open its doors at 5pm with the performance beginning at 6.15pm.

Eric Standidge of Opera UK said: “This is a bittersweet comedy by Mozart, reset in the summer of 1914 and directed brilliantly by Jane McCulloch.

“Everyone who attends this unique event is guaranteed a very memorable evening.”
